We are restaurateurs who have been welcoming guests for over thirty years, as we take pleasure in giving pleasure to others We are constantly learning how to do it better, smarter and more responsibly.
We prepare our dishes from scratch, cook broths, sauces, knead the dough for dumplings and bake bread – we do not use semi-finished products that speed up cooking, we reject flavor enhancers, preservatives, artificial colors and flavors. We believe that food prepared in this way is best for people and the planet.

Free-range eggs
In the early 2000s, caged eggs were the only ones available in wholesale. We decided to change that. For the purpose of our production, we have sponsored chicken runs at our producer, Jacek Mazurek, which allowed us, for years to use only free-range eggs in the entire production in all Kręgliccy restaurants and catering.

Returnable Packaging
Packing our take-out meals has become a necessity during the pandemic. We decided that returnable glass packaging will be the best option. To encourage our customers to return jars, we reward each returned batch with our signature cold dip. Large orders prepared for sale with delivery are packed in reusable boxes.

Agricultural Market
Great cooking starts with good products. In order to be able to obtain the best agricultural products and in order to support farmers, we have organized and run an agricultural market in the center of the city. Every Wednesday, manufacturers offer their fresh and seasonal products, most often with ecological certificates. We have made this place available to local residents and other restaurateurs because we want to share what’s good.

0 Food Waste
We have developed an internal system not to waste food. First of all, we produce precisely planned quantities, and we secure the stock (just in case guests have unprecedented appetites☺) in a form suitable for long-term storage. When overproduction occurs, we primarily distribute it inside the company, as our meals, and share it with the Food Sharing organization.

Peace and Love.
Positive energy emanating from satisfied guests is our greatest reward, but we also draw strength from long-term relationships within the team and stakeholders. Our staff members and suppliers are mostly people with whom we share long-term relations. Farmers at the market, suppliers of coffee, juices, electronic devices and cleaning products, along with restaurant managers, cooks, waiters and back office helpers, and owners, we all try to maintain our relationships in a spirit of respect, tolerance and cooperation. Our favourite slogan, which accompanies all our corporate and private events is: Peace and love.

Vegan Tasting Menu
Vegetarian offer was constantly present in Kręgliccy restaurants, today vegetable dishes are often replacing meat dishes. In our most elegant restaurant, Opasły Tom, we offer a tasting menu consisting only of vegan dishes. Catering also offers vegetarian and vegan options, also in the form of livecooking.
