Maison Bettant is a family story! House of tradition, founded in 1935 by Albert Bettant, we have been welcoming you for 3 generations at Les Gratte-Ciel in Villeurbanne, Lyon, France.
A graduate of the Paul Bocuse Institute and holder of a bakery master’s degree from the National Bakery and Pastry Institute in Rouen, Matthieu Bettant chose to settle abroad in 2014 with Miriam and has since continued in Florida the radiance of family tradition with Bettant Bakery & Café in South Beach Miami. Offering french bread, pastries, sandwiches, quiches, salads and more french delicacies.
